Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure smooth processing.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized courier partner location or schedule a home pickup through our online portal using the provided prepaid label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
